Mobile 3D scanning · Custom sim rigs

Your cockpit,
copied exactly.

We drive to your car, 3D scan the interior, and build an extruded aluminum sim rig that puts the wheel, seat, and pedals exactly where your real car puts them. Then we tune the hardware to match how it feels to drive.

How it works

Four steps, one measurement.

Everything after the scan is derived from it. No adjustable-everything rig you spend a year dialing in — the geometry is already correct the day it arrives.

Step 01

Email us your car

Tell us what you drive, where it lives, and how you sit in it. We reply with a quote and a date.

Step 02

We scan on site

We come to your garage, shop, or paddock and scan the full cockpit — seat, wheel, pedal box, shifter, cage. The car never moves.

Step 03

We design the rig

The scan becomes a CAD model. We build the frame around your seating position and send you the drawing to approve before anything is cut.

Step 04

We build and deliver

Cut, assembled, wired, and calibrated in our shop, then delivered and set up. You sit down and it feels like your car.

From the scan

What gets matched.

Every dimension below comes off your vehicle, not a spec sheet. If your seat is on a 20 mm spacer and your pedal box is shimmed, the rig is too.

Seat positionHeight, rearward set, floor angle
Seat backRecline angle to 0.5°
Wheel centerHeight, reach, column angle
Pedal faceAngle, spacing, floor drop
ShifterGate position and knob height
HandbrakeLever position and travel

Hardware

Tuned to feel like the car.

Brake pressure, not brake travel

We measure the force it takes to lock your real brakes and set the load cell to the same number. You brake by feel, not by memory.

Matched steering

Wheel diameter, rim section, rotation, and steering ratio carried over from the car, with torque set so the effort lands where yours does.

Your seat, your belts

We mount the same seat model on the same rails and angle, with the harness routed through the same points. Bring your own shell if you'd rather.

Real controls

Sequential, H-pattern, or paddles — matched throw and detent weight. Wheel buttons laid out the way your car's are.
